Who Are We?
We are Arrowwood’s onsite child care program. We are nationally accredited by the Council On Accreditation and licensed and inspected annually by the State of Colorado. Our qualified staff is ready to assist you with all your childcare needs.
2024 - 2025 B.A.S.E. Information
Enrollment for the 2024 - 2025 School Year will open up on Wednesday, May 1, 2023. To schedule for June & July's summer program, you must be enrolled for the 23-24 school year & 24-25 (open May 1st) school year.
2024 - 2025 School year
Before School - 6:30 am to 8:25 am ($14 per day)

Check-in is anytime from 6:30 am to 8:25 am. Parents can park in the bus loop (south side) and walk their students to the BYG door. Ring the doorbell, and a BASE staff member welcome you. Staff will conduct a quick temperature reading on the student while parents check in with their PIN . Once the process is complete, the parent is free to leave.
Children can bring breakfast from home. A clean and sanitized breakfast table will be available for children to eat.
Each guardian and authorized pick-up (emergency contact) has their Personal Identification Number (PIN). Other authorized pick-ups or guardians should not use your PIN. You can find individual PINs listed under the personal tab in your SCW account.
After School - 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm ($15 per day)

Pick-up anytime from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Parents can park in the bus loop (south side) and walk to the BYG doors. Ring the doorbell, and a BASE staff member will welcome you in. Parents will check students out using their PIN .
Children will need to bring a snack from home. Children will give snack time during check-in.
